While at GW I interned at a U.S. government agency and on Capitol Hill. Each of these experiences were highly competitive and taught me a lot about politics and communication. Although I always thought I'd be a journalist, as life would have it, I embarked on a career in advertising and marketing instead where I work with teams to execute primarily digital tactics.
